The
Vinted Go Carrier Internship Programme
offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of Europe's leading logistics teams. As an intern, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that support our goals - to make delivery smarter, more affordable, and member-focused.

You'll spend most of your time working closely with your team, learning directly from experienced professionals in areas such as operations optimisation, business development, transportation coordination, strategy, and programme management. Throughout the internship, you'll receive guidance from your manager and mentor to help you grow both personally and professionally.

The programme runs
twice a year: starting in January and July
and typically lasts around
six months
. To get the most from the experience, interns are expected to be available for the full duration.

Information about the position

We are looking for a proactive and analytical logistics intern to join our team at Vinted Go.

In this internship, you'll focus on improving logistics processes, analysing performance data, and supporting ongoing optimisation projects that make our transportation network more efficient and scalable.

This role builds on an understanding of delivery operations but shifts towards developing data-driven insights, reporting, and process improvement tools that enhance daily execution.

In this position, you'll

• Support process optimisation projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, cost management, and service quality.
• Analyse transportation performance: Collect, track, and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance reporting tools: Help improve dashboards and performance-tracking systems used to monitor partner performance and delivery KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with Central Operations and other stakeholders to implement solutions and share insights.
• Assist in knowledge documentation: Help standardise procedures and create reference materials to support continuous improvement.

About You

• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in working with data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good teamwork and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Curious and motivated to understand how data can improve logistics operations.
