About Us
TradePronto is a fast-growing B2B food marketplace transforming how suppliers, distributors, and retailers across emerging markets connect, transact, and grow. We help streamline sourcing, logistics, payments, and data—creating a smarter and more connected supply chain.
What You'll Work On:
- We're looking for a motivated intern to support key strategic initiatives. Your work will span across:
- Managing and organizing data for sales and outreach programs
- Supporting market and competitive research
- Helping with product-development and small launches
- Identifying and engaging potential partners in logistics, finance, and other services
- Assisting in business development activities
- Content creation and marketing, customer survey design and management
- Preparing for and participating in investor outreach and fundraising
- Customer onboarding and support
You'll work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on exposure to early-stage growth strategy, partnerships, and fundraising.
Requirements:
- Strong in Content Creation, Sales and Customer Support
- 2 years of professional experience setting up and running email and linkedin campaigns and analyzing the performance
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, CRM tools (Brevo, zoho...), SEO
- Strong experience setting up the new domain related parameters like
SPF/DKIM/DMARC for email campaigns - Curious about e-commerce, food/agro/retail, process automation, blockchain in B2B commerce and supply chain
- You should be able to work in a bit of a chaos and move from one thing to the next (actually a plus)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently
- Minimum 30 hours per week required for 3 months
- No cash payment,
