Job DescriptionThis position, reporting to the Managing Director, is a high-impact role dedicated to the commercial launch of a strategic new initiative at JobTeaser. You will be the "Opener", responsible for defining and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our new AI-based business line.
We are launching a new initiative and need a hungry, strategic, and tech-savvy business builder to open the doors of the global AI ecosystem and revolutionize skill-based student employment by 2026.
Your mission is to identify, contact, and close partnerships with major AI players (LLM providers, AI labs, tech giants) who need high-quality, specialized data annotation pools.
What does this mean on a daily basis?
GTM Strategy & Lead Gen: Identify the key stakeholders within the AI ecosystem (OpenAI, Mistral, Meta, etc.) and build a laser-focused prospecting strategy to reach decision-makers.
Strategic Opening: Reach out to C-level and Head of AI Research profiles to pitch our unique value proposition: a highly qualified pool of Master's and PhD students.
Needs Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand the specific annotation needs of these players (by domain: finance, medical, legal, etc.) and feedback these insights to our Product team.
Deal Structuring: Drive the commercial discussion from the first touchpoint to the contract signature, ensuring the business model is both scalable and profitable.
Ecosystem Influence: Represent JobTeaser in major AI events and networks to position us as the go-to provider for specialized data annotation.
Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in high-level Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth, ideally in a SaaS or Tech environment.
AI Expertise & Academic Background: You possess a strong academic background and a deep understanding of AI fundamentals. You are not just an enthusiast; you are an expert capable of holding high-level technical discussions with AI researchers, Research Scientists, and Engineering Leads. You speak their language (LLMs, fine-tuning, RLHF) and understand the nuances of their technical constraints.
Hunter Mindset: You are a natural "Opener." You love the thrill of the chase, you are resilient, and you know how to navigate complex organizations to find the right entry point.
Strategic Builder: You don't just execute a script; you help build the sales narrative and the pricing strategy based on market feedback.
Communication: You have exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills in both English & French.
