We build structured outbound, sales infrastructure, and scalable go-to-market systems. We are not a lead generation agency. We focus on sales capacity, pipeline creation, and repeatable revenue motion.
Role overview
We are looking for a
GTM Engineer
to own the technical and operational backbone of our outbound and go-to-market execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and automation. It is not an SDR or marketing role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain outbound infrastructure (email, LinkedIn, CRM)
- Work with tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, Apollo, Clay, Outreach, and similar platforms
- Set up and manage email deliverability (domains, inboxes, warming, reputation)
- Design, launch, and iterate outbound sequences
- Manage data flow and integrations between tools
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline structure
- Track and analyze outbound performance and conversion metrics
- Support SDR and Account teams with systems and tooling
- Document processes and infrastructure for scalability
Requirements
- Experience with outbound tools and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Hands-on experience with data, automation, and workflows
- Structured, detail-oriented, and system-driven mindset
- Experience in SaaS or agency environments is a plus
- English level B2–C1 is required
