En tant que Team leader vous serez responsable du pilotage, du coaching et de la montée en compétence d'une équipe de CSM, tout en contribuant activement à la satisfaction et à la rétention client.

Management & Pilotage d'équipe

  • Encadrer et animer une équipe de 3 Customer Success Managers.

  • Définir les objectifs individuels et collectifs, assurer leur suivi et leur évaluation.

  • Accompagner les CSM dans la gestion de leurs comptes et dans la montée en compétences.

  • Instaurer une culture d'excellence, d'entraide et de résultats.

Performance & Process

  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance (KPI) : rétention, upsell, satisfaction client (NPS, churn rate…).

  • Suivre et analyser les performances clients, identifier les leviers d'amélioration.

  • Structurer et optimiser les process internes (onboarding, suivi client, renouvellement, gestion des alertes).

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Sales, Produit et Marketing pour fluidifier le parcours client.

Relation client & stratégie

  • Intervenir en support stratégique sur certains comptes clés.

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client et du taux de satisfaction.

  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie Customer Success globale et aux projets transverses.
