Join us as a Programme Management Support Intern - CSD Convergence

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are seeking a versatile, rigourous intern to join the CSD Convergence Programme in Paris, ideally from January 2026.

The Euronext Securities CSD Convergence Programme will deliver a unified client experience, leveraging fully harmonised services supported by a state-of-the-art common platform across the four Euronext Securities CSDs (Copenhagen, Milan, Oslo and Porto). This six-year programme is a key pillar of the Euronext strategic plan

Reporting to a Senior Programme Manager, your role will be to assist the Programme Management team in monitoring the Programme delivery, timeline, risks and actions plan. You will interact with various teams from all our CSDs: Product Owners, Project Managers, Client Secretariat Representatives, ...

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Support the Product Design & Delivery Convergence team
    : facilitating coordination between them and their counterparts, monitoring progress on key deliverables and priorities, tracking the global workload of the team and identifying related risks.
  • Support the Programme Management team
    (Programme Executive and Senior Programme Manager) : preparing internal & client meetings, drafting slidedecks and minutes, monitoring related actions plan and coordinating with contributors, monitoring the Programme timeline and key risks, preparing the integration of a new CSD in Euronext Securities' organisation and the Convergence Programme.

Your profile:

  • Good understanding of financial services.
  • Previous experience, ideally in the bank sector, or in a demanding position in the wider financial services industry and/or in a large corporate, would be a plus.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to handle a wide multicultural network of stakeholders.
  • Fluent oral and written English.
