YOUR ROLE-Brand awareness & thought leadership
Strengthen Kolsquare's position as France's go-to Influencer Marketing platform
- Lead PR, thought leadership content, partnerships and visibility initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with French media, industry experts and associations
- Localise strategic content (reports, blog articles, whitepapers) with the central content team
Represent Kolsquare in webinars, panels and industry events in an accessible and engaging way
Lead generation & sales collaboration
Define and execute a France-specific acquisition strategy with the sales team
- Localise marketing assets (case studies, brochures, email sequences, content) to support conversion
- Run local lead generation campaigns across content, paid media and events
- Track performance and optimise campaigns based on clear KPIs
Events, partnerships & ecosystem engagement
Design and deliver high-impact local events generating visibility and qualified leads
- Develop partnerships with agencies, associations and key ecosystem players
- Engage closely with creators, brands, ambassadors and influencer marketing communities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning
Must-haves
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, PR or brand management, ideally in Influencer Marketing or SaaS/MarTech
- Strong understanding of the French influencer marketing ecosystem (creators, brands, agencies, platforms)
- Existing network within French media, influencer and marketing circles
- Fluency in French and English
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution skills
- Commercially driven, with experience supporting lead generation and sales
- Autonomous, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving, international environment
Nice-to-haves
- Comfortable speaking in front of small to medium audiences (webinars, events, panels)
- Experience working with PR agencies
- Experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or marketing platforms
- Knowledge of the Belgian market
- You can be based anywhere in France, within easy access to Paris where most events take place..
