GECODIS, leader européen de l'équipement de la maison, du jardin et de la piscine via son site Habitat & Jardin, recrute un Key Account Manager expérimenté pour accompagner sa forte croissance. Dans un écosystème dynamique et international, nous vous offrons un poste à fortes responsabilités pour piloter le développement de notre Marketplace.

Vos Missions

  • Développement Commercial : Prospecter, intégrer et animer le portefeuille de compte clients (Marketplace).
  • Pilotage de la Performance : Analyser les ventes par catégorie, suivre les KPIs, produire des reportings et mettre en place des actions correctives.
  • Stratégie Produit : Définir l'offre en adéquation avec les cibles business et optimiser la visibilité du catalogue.
  • Animation B2B : Gérer les opérations commerciales en lien avec les tendances du marché et les stocks.
  • Collaboration Transverse : Coordonner les actions avec les pôles Achats, Marketing, CRM et E-commerce.


Profil Recherché

  • Expérience : Formation supérieure (Bac+3 minimum) avec une expérience commerciale réussie dans l'univers du e-commerce ou des marketplaces.
  • Polyvalence : Vous possédez un profil "touche-à-tout", êtes curieux et capable de passer d'un sujet stratégique à un sujet opérationnel avec agilité.
  • Langues : La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour évoluer dans notre environnement international.
  • Expertise Technique : Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et des outils bureautiques.
  • Le petit plus : Une connaissance de la technologie Mirakl est un véritable atout.
  • Qualités : Négociateur aguerri, rigoureux, organisé et doté d'une grande force de proposition.


Conditions

  • Type d'emploi : Temps plein (CDI).
  •  Rémunération : € – € par an (selon profil).
  •  Localisation : Marly la ville (95)
  • Démarrage : Dès que possible.
