Aravae is building a privacy-first, AI-powered productivity platform. As we prepare for launch, we're expanding our network through brand-safe partnerships that increase distribution, credibility, and long-term growth.

Role summary

As Partnerships Coordinator, you'll support the full partnership workflow: sourcing opportunities, outreach, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordinating activations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who's organized, professional, and strong at relationship-building.

Responsibilities

Partnership sourcing


• Identify high-fit partners (communities, platforms, events, creators, and brands).


• Build targeted outreach lists and maintain a clean tracker of opportunities.


• Keep partner profiles organized (notes, relevance, next steps).

Outreach & coordination


• Send structured outreach and follow-ups (email + LinkedIn) using approved templates.


• Schedule calls, prepare agendas, and capture notes/action items.


• Coordinate approvals, timelines, and deliverables for partnership activations.

Activation support


• Support co-marketing moments (announcements, content swaps, event collaborations).


• Coordinate simple assets and messaging with internal/external stakeholders.


• Ensure execution stays consistent with brand standards.

Reporting


• Provide weekly pipeline updates: outreach volume, replies, calls booked, activations in progress.


• Document learnings and improve outreach messaging over time.

Requirements


• 1–3 years experience in partnerships, business development, marketing coordination, or operations.


• Strong written communication in English (French is a plus).


• Organized and reliable: you manage multiple threads and follow through.


• Comfortable speaking with external stakeholders professionally.


• Familiar with tools like Notion/Google Workspace/CRM trackers (or equivalents).


• Interest in productivity tools / wellbeing tech is a plus.

• Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates (CET working hours required)

Compensation


• Paid role (contract or employment, depending on location and fit).
