Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

As Typology continues its international expansion, the Netherlands is a key strategic market. Our ambition is to build a strong, credible and desirable local presence, making the brand and the quality of our products known to a wide Dutch audience, while staying true to our DNA of transparency, efficacy and minimalism.

To support this development, we are looking for a Communication Manager for the Netherlands market, who will lead the local brand presence, shape our voice in the Netherlands and build a strong ecosystem of Dutch influencers, opinion leaders and media partners.

This role is a foundational position with strong growth potential.

Missions
1/ Local brand deployment & website localization
Lead the translation and cultural adaptation of the Typology website for the Dutch market, ensuring linguistic accuracy, tone of voice and strong local relevance. Act as a local brand guardian, ensuring all touch points feel premium, coherent and authentically aligned with Dutch consumer expectations. Guarantee consistency between Typology's Brand DNA and local market standards, including content hierarchy, payment methods, merchandising and CRM animations.

2/ Design and run Key opinion leaders & creators strategy
Define and execute a local influencer strategy aligned with Typology's values, spanning beauty experts, skin specialists, dermatology-oriented voices, lifestyle creators and opinion leaders. Build and nurture long-term relationships with Dutch creators and KOLs, with a strong focus on credibility, education and authenticity. Roll out a smart, performance-driven gifting strategy to generate high-quality organic coverage in the early stages. Progressively structure and scale paid collaborations, integrating UGC and branded content with a strong ROI-driven mindset.

3/ Press visibility
Identify and collaborate with the right PR partners to introduce Typology to key Dutch journalists and media. Secure consistent and qualitative press coverage around brand storytelling, scientific positioning and product launches throughout the year. Contribute to positioning Typology as a credible, expert-led skincare brand in the Dutch market.

4/ Performance analysis & market scale
Monitor brand awareness and traction in the Netherlands through social media signals, creator performance, customer orders and NPS feedback. Analyze results from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective to assess impact and identify growth levers. Structure insights and recommendations to prepare the next phase of market acceleration.

Profile & Skills

  • Native-level Dutch speaker, with flawless written Dutch; fluent professional English.
  • Strong understanding of influencer analytics, KPIs and budget tracking. Deep knowledge of Dutch social media platforms, formats and creator ecosystems.
  • Well-connected within the Dutch PR and influencer community, ideally in Beauty / Lifestyle / Fashion.
  • Experience working for a Dutch e-commerce or consumer brand (beauty, fashion or lifestyle preferred) is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented, able to manage small but meaningful details while overseeing larger strategic initiatives.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to grow into a broader international role.
