Dans le cadre de la construction d'un bâtiment industriel sur le site du CEA de Bruyères-le-Châtel, nous recherchons un(e) PMO Construction en charge du pilotage transverse du projet.

Vous assurez la cohérence globale entre planning, coûts, risques, contrats et reporting, sur l'ensemble des phases de réalisation, en appui direct à la direction de projet et aux équipes travaux.

Missions principales :

1. Pilotage planning

  • Élaborer et maintenir le planning directeur du projet (niveau programme et niveaux détaillés).

  • Consolider les plannings des différents lots et entreprises.

  • Identifier le chemin critique, les dérives et proposer des actions correctives.

  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs d'avancement physique.

2. Pilotage des coûts et du budget (CAPEX)

  • Suivre le budget global construction.

  • Mettre en place le contrôle des coûts : engagés, restants à engager, coûts à terminaison.

  • Analyser les écarts coûts / planning.

  • Contribuer aux estimations à terminaison (EAC).

3. Reporting et gouvernance

  • Produire les reportings projet (hebdomadaires, mensuels, comités de pilotage).

  • Structurer les tableaux de bord : délais, coûts, risques, QHSE.

  • Préparer les supports pour les comités projet et comités de direction.

4. Gestion des risques et opportunités

  • Mettre en place et animer le registre des risques du projet.

  • Identifier, analyser et prioriser les risques construction.

  • Suivre les plans de mitigation et opportunités associées.

5. Coordination et interfaces

  • Assurer la cohérence entre les différents lots techniques.

  • Identifier et suivre les interfaces critiques (process / bâtiment / utilités).

  • Alerter la direction de projet sur les points bloquants ou sensibles.

6. Méthodes et outils projet

  • Déployer et faire appliquer les standards PMO (méthodologie, procédures).

  • Administrer les outils de gestion de projet, de reporting et de GED.

  • Capitaliser le retour d'expérience (REX).

7. Support contractuel (en interface)

  • Suivre les jalons contractuels clés.

  • Contribuer à l'analyse des claims, variations et avenants.

  • Assurer la traçabilité des décisions impactant coûts et délais.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+5 type ingénieur, management de projet, génie civil, génie industriel ou équivalent.

  • Expérience confirmée en PMO Construction ou Project Controls sur projets industriels.

  • Solide maîtrise du pilotage planning, coûts (CAPEX) et risques.

  • Bonne compréhension des environnements construction / ingénierie / lots techniques.

  • Outils de planification non imposés (MS Project / Primavera non obligatoires).

  • Très bonne capacité d'analyse, de structuration et de synthèse.

  • Français courant exigé (lu, écrit, parlé).

  • Capacité à travailler en interface avec des profils techniques, contractuels et managériaux.

  • Rôle à responsabilité technique et coordination transverse, avec contribution aux décisions
