Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$70,000 base salary (paid weekly) + $6,000 annual car allowance (paid weekly) + Quarterly Bonus + Commission Structure (Estimated $10,000–$15,000 annually as commission ramps)

Job Description:
Addison Group has partnered with our client in their search for an
Outside Sales Representative
. This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys being on the road connecting with customers throughout the Texas and Oklahoma regions. This is a remote role that includes weekly travel to meet with customers in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and grow relationships with new and existing B2B customers
  • Sell a wide range of products
  • Maintain a consistent travel schedule to cover assigned territory, visiting clients on-site and attending trade events
  • Build pipeline, track activity, and manage contacts through CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and support for customers
  • Provide product recommendations and guidance based on customer applications and needs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven success in B2B outside sales
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Texas and Oklahoma
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of signage materials, vinyl graphics, or printing applications is a plus
