The Head of Bioinformatics leads the GutPrint team responsible for delivering and analyzing gut microbiota characterization data. This role ensures high‑quality data generation aligned with business needs from clinical, CMC and scientific teams. Responsibilities include oversight of sequencing workflows, high‑throughput bioinformatics pipelines, data delivery, and scientific interpretation.

Committed to treating cancer and graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), a serious complication of allogeneic stem cell transplantation, MaaT Pharma has launched, in March 2022 in Europe, a Phase 3 clinical trial for patients with acute GvHD, following the achievement of its proof of concept in a Phase 2 trial. In November 2021, MaaT Pharma became the first company developing microbiome-based drugs to be listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris (Ticker: MAAT).
