En tant que Sales Performance Manager, tes missions seront de :

  • Conseiller les entreprises qui nous contactent : échanger avec les prospects qui prennent contact avec Coudac, les interroger pour déterminer quel est la meilleure voie vers la croissance et vers les objectifs business qu'ils se sont fixés. Puis les orienter vers nos services, lorsque ça a du sens.

  • Convaincre et vendre à nos prospects : quand c'est pertinent, expliquer et vendre nos services aux entreprises qui nous contactent. Élaborer des propositions commerciales convaincantes, répondre aux objections, négocier et finaliser les accords.

  • Suivre nos clients : garder un contact régulier avec les prospects une fois qu'ils sont devenus clients chez nous. Ton objectif est aussi bien de t'assurer qu'ils sont satisfaits de nos services, que de leur vendre d'autres de nos services. ou renégocier leur contrat.

En bref, ton rôle sera d'échanger avec nos prospects, leur vendre nos services (gestion des campagnes publicitaires Meta et Google, Créa publicitaire, et prestations Data & Tracking). Puis assurer un bon suivi de leur expérience client, ainsi qu'une bonne synchronisation avec les équipes opérationnelles qui travaillent avec eux au quotidien.
