The International Training Department is looking for a new intern
from January to the end of June 2026
.

What does this internship involve?

• Attached to the International Training Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Participate in the development of powerful and innovative training tools for launches, as well as tools related to customer experience and sales techniques.
• Independently manage the updating of cross-functional training tools.
• Organise annual training seminars.
• Create e-learning modules for our digital training platform + monitor the platform in response to market demands
• Monitor the main competitors and new launches
• Liaise with trainers in different countries
• You will be in constant contact with the various marketing departments (trade, development, communication, digital, etc.) to attend launch briefings and ensure a consistent message.

Required skills for this position:

• Four- or five-year degree from a business school, university or equivalent
• Dual training in science and marketing appreciated
• Perfect written and spoken French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Rigour
• Dynamism
• Team spirit
