This has led to a number of other key features managed by Mercateam, including:intelligent planning of work assignments under constraints;a training module adapted to the operational workforce;a workforce strategic planning.Mercateam had a strong commercial track record in the last 3 years and supports over 300 industrial sites, among which LVMH, Andros, Richemond, Dior, LISI, Collins Aerospace, etc… ****in12 different countries,with his 360 industrial workforce-centric solution.We are looking for a new senior account executives to accelerate our growth internationally.Job DescriptionSince the creation of Mercateam, every month, tens of top manufacturing sites start using Mercateam to help their employees being much more efficient.Your role will be toconquer new international industrial partners to accelerate Mercateam footprint all over the world.In direct with the CEO, you will have the following responsibilities:Shaping and executing account strategies to create new business opportunities for Mercateam in Switzerland, England, Germany, Italy, Spain and the US.Be an account and sector expert, willing to self-source sales opportunitiesNavigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders throughout the entire sales process (from prospecting to contract signature)Create value and have an industry consulting approach in the whole sales cyclesEnsuring proper and meaningful follow-ups on sales proposals with a result-driven approach until closingBeing in charge of the negotiation of contractual provisions from A to Z in order to attract new customers.Representing Mercateam at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe.As an Account Executive, your impact on Mercateam's growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increase Mercateam ARR, while growing the company's customers portfolioPreferred ExperienceBeing Account Executive requires a wide skills set and a high level of energy:Perfectly bilingual French / English is mandatory another language is higly recommandedAmbitious and challenger: You have a proven ability to exceed new business sales targets and drive continued revenue growth preferably with Mid and Enterprise Accounts (>100M€ turnover)Experienced: You have strong full and complex sales cycle experience (5+ years of relevant closing experience) preferably in a technology/software environment, demonstrating a successful history of outbound prospecting and closing dealsStructured: you understand quickly, you will have to appropriate quickly the challenges faced by major manufacturersAccountable and organized: you move forward methodically, following your prospects to the endOpen-minded and leader: You are known for your natural ability to build relationships, your leadership and negotiation skillsTech : You have an extensive experience with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Sales navigator, etc).Knowledge of the industrial sector is a plusRecruitment ProcessOur recruitment process is designed to be simple, transparent, and efficient:Introductory Call (10 minutes)A short call to align on expectations, motivation, availability, and overall fit with what we're looking for.Interview with the Head of Sales (60 minutes)Discussion around sales collaboration, prospecting mindset, ABM, and how the role fits into the go-to-market strategy.Interview with the CEO (60 minutes)Focus on organization, cross-team coordination, growth mindset, and long-term potential at Mercateam.Use CaseA practical exercise to assess your ability to think structurally, understand an account, and design demand generation actions.Reference CallA final reference check to validate past experiences and ways of working.Additional InformationContract Type: Full-TimeLocation: ParisEducation Level: Master's DegreeExperience: > 5 yearsOccasional remote authorizedSalary: between 54996€ and 120000€ / year
