Training & Digital Learning Assistant (Intern) – Xacademy

Location:
Boulogne Billancourt, France

Type:
Internship – Master 1 / Master 2 (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Training Design & E-Learning
• Support the design and development of digital learning modules and training materials for European audiences.
• Assist in building e-learning courses using
  Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.)
  and other authoring tools.
• Contribute ideas to make trainings more interactive and engaging (activities, quizzes, scenarios, etc.).
• Video Editing & Multimedia
• Edit training videos: cutting, trimming, adding subtitles, simple transitions, intro/outro, etc.
• Create visuals, images, and simple graphics using Photoshop or similar tools.
• Training Events & Coordination (Europe)
• Help organize
  product launch
  events.
• Manage registrations, confirmations, and participant communication (emails, reminders, joining instructions).
• Coordinate logistical aspects: invitations, calendars, virtual meeting links (Teams/Lark), materials...
• Act as a point of contact for participants and trainers to help ensure smooth delivery of events.
• Support feedback collection and follow-up (surveys, attendance, certificates, etc.).
• Collaboration with Overseas Xacademy
• Liaise with Xacademy teams overseas on common projects.
• Adapt global content and initiatives to the European context where needed (languages, format, examples,local markets needs and requests ).

Profile & Requirements

• Education:
  Master 1 or Master 2 student in
  Instructional Design, Multimedia, Communication, HR, Business, Education, or related field
  (internship agreement required).
• Languages:
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• An additional European language is a strong plus (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian, etc.).
• Technical & Digital Skills:
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in
  Articulate 360
  or other e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience or familiarity with
  video editing tools
  (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Camtasia, or equivalent) and
  AI-based tools
  is a plus.
• Basic skills in
  Photoshop
  or similar graphic design software.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines in parallel.
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different cultures.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about learning & development.
