Description du posteRattaché(e) au Directeur Général, vous serez responsable de la gestion contractuelle et du contrôle des exportations, avec les missions suivantes :
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
- Analyse, étude et compréhension des projets dans leur globalité
- Rédaction et négociation de contrats, et suivi des évolutions et modifications de ceux-ci
- Identification et signalisation des dysfonctionnements ou des risques, tout en proposant des actions correctives pour assurer la bonne compréhension et l'application des contrats
- Préconisation de mesures de régulations des risques identifiés
- Intervention dans les éventuels litiges entre les parties contractuelles
- Sensibilisation des opérationnels afin de générer de bons réflexes quant à la gestion des contrats
- Suivi des étapes importantes et des obligations contractuelles
- Maintien d'une situation contractuelle sécurisée tout au long de la vie du projet.
CONTRÔLE DES EXPORTATIONS
- Coordination de la conformité réglementaire en collaboration avec les départements concernés (Commerce, Achats, Projets, Qualité, Juridique, etc.).
- Analyse et veille réglementaire sur les contrôles des exportations, incluant la gestion des demandes de licences et des certificats de conformité avec les fournisseurs internationaux.
- Validation de la conformité des flux et gestion des projets d'optimisation des processus de contrôle des exportations.
De formation Bac + 5 en Droit ou Commerce International, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en contract management. Une expérience en contrôle des exportations est un plus mais n'est pas un pré-requis.
Vous possédez une forte orientation business avec une capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes, d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, une grande autonomie et rigueur, ainsi qu'une aptitude à communiquer efficacement et à convaincre les parties prenantes.
Le niveau C1 EN ANGLAIS est obligatoire
