Internship – Sales & Marketing Intern (M/F) Northern, Eastern and Southern Europe
Duration: 6 months starting 05/01/2026. Location: Paris 8

Missions: Integrated within the sales department for Northern, Eastern and Southern Europe (NESE), you will work closely with the NESE team. You will thus have the opportunity to discover the challenges of distribution and communication around prestige products in an international context.

Responsibilities: You are at the heart of commercial activities and marketing activations. As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the team across a wide range of projects, providing operational and analytical support in sales management, tracking commercial performance as well as being support on visual merchandising topics and events organization.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury goods sector, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Support

  • Support the sales team in daily operations, including customer account management (order tracking, monthly stock upload and verification, replenishment recommendations, incentives follow up)
  • Prepare communication to introduce novelties to our retailers and follow up on launches performance in their first months (Sell In / Sell Out)
  • Support market visits and performance management by preparing monthly reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to sales analysis and market performance reviews.

Brand Ambassador program

  • Monitor target achievement and engage with Brand Ambassadors.
  • Oversee merchandising logistics and rewards distribution.
  • Animate the Brand Ambassador community (e.g., via WhatsApp).
  • Assist in organizing Brand Ambassador events and presentations.

Reporting / Analysis :

  • Prepare monthly performance overviews for franchise boutiques and top wholesale partners.
  • Support Watches & Wonders event preparation (ID cards, order forms, presentation templates).
  • Maintain up-to-date data in internal systems (e.g., POS management, Sell Out information).
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.

Visual Merchandising :

  • Collaborate with the VM & Retail Executive to enhance in-store visual merchandising.
  • Provide operational support for VM and Trade Marketing topics

Event

  • Provide logistical support for out-of-store marketing events.
  • Assist with prototypes and gift management

Media & PR

  • Assist in preparing briefs for creative agencies and adapting media assets.
  • Prepare social media assets for distribution to media agencies and retail partners.
  • Consolidate PR monitoring and support documents (e.g., tracking files, press reviews)

Profile
Future graduate of a business school or equivalent program Strong interest in luxury goods, marketing and sales You are proficient in common computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel…) You speak fluent English and French You are organized, rigorous, proactive, and curious Autonomous, you are also capable of working in a team and demonstrate interpersonal skills
