IFRS Manager (bilingue FR/EN)
pour structurer, fiabiliser et piloter le reporting financier multi-pays de notre groupe.

Dans le cadre de leur forte expansion, nous recrutons un IFRS Manager (bilingue FR/EN) au sein de l'équipe Finance. Ce poste stratégique a pour mission de garantir la production de comptes consolidés fiables et conformes aux normes IFRS, tout en accompagnant la structuration de notre organisation financière internationale.

L'IFRS Manager jouera un rôle clé dans la mise en place et l'harmonisation des pratiques comptables, la production des états financiers consolidés et le pilotage du reporting pour les différentes entités du groupe.

Missions principales

  • Superviser la production des comptes consolidés IFRS et assurer la conformité des états financiers du groupe
  • Piloter le reporting mensuel, trimestriel et annuel, en garantissant la qualité et la cohérence des informations financières
  • Contribuer à la structuration et à la documentation des politiques comptables groupe (IFRS vs local GAAP)
  • Accompagner la transition et l'internalisation de certaines fonctions comptables et financières
  • Collaborer avec les équipes locales pour fiabiliser la remontée d'informations et harmoniser les process
  • Être l'interlocuteur principal des auditeurs dans le cadre des audits consolidés
  • Participer à la mise en place ou à l'évolution des outils financiers (ERP, consolidation, TMS, facturation, etc.)
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des leviers d'amélioration continue (automatisation, contrôle interne, digitalisation)
  • Encadrer et accompagner la montée en compétences d'une équipe comptable/finance en développement

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en comptabilité/finance (DSCG, Master CCA, école de commerce, ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée de 6 à 8 ans, dont une partie en cabinet d'audit ou en environnement international
  • Solide maîtrise des normes IFRS et des principes de consolidation
  • Excellente connaissance des normes comptables françaises (FR GAAP)
  • Bilingue français/anglais, à l'aise à l'écrit comme à l'oral
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en croissance rapide et multiculturel
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et goût pour la transformation des process
  • Maîtrise des outils digitaux et des environnements ERP/tech
