laCrèma est une entreprise française dont l'objectif est de créer des coffee shop à impact positif. Innovation, artisanat, local, circuits courts sont les maîtres mots de notre entreprise.
Suite à ses pops-Up, LaCrèma décide d'ouvrir un nouveau concept parisien alliant café de spécialité et glaces de spécialité.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Barista passionné(e) et talentueux(se).
En tant que Barista, votre rôle consiste à assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients, tout en incarnant les valeurs de LaCrèma.
Missions principales :
Utilisation de machines à espresso la Marzocco et filtres, de moulin Malkohnieg E80
Bonnes connaissances du café
expertise en Latte art
Prise de commande, encaissement
Réception marchandises, contrôle des stocks et réassort
Maintenir l'état de propreté de l'espace café
Vous justifiez d'une expérience en tant que barista/head barista (3 ans minimum)
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), autonome et polyvalent(e)
Vous êtes dynamique, enthousiaste, passionné(e) par le service client
Vous aimez travailler en équipe
Vous parlez très bien Anglais. La maîtrise d'une autre langue est un plus.
