The RoleOur activity is structured in three business lines:
Concerts & Tours: include concert venues, tour operators and labels. They are a key axis of our French go-to-market strategy.
Nightlife: encompasses nightclubs, open-air events, warehouses, collectives, and promoters across all genres. This is the company's historical core.
Festivals: typically involve large-scale event logistics, multi-day programming, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
As an Account Manager (AM), you will manage a pool of organizers, mostly from Nightlife and Festivals business lines, playing a crucial role in their development.
Your responsibilities will begin with onboarding and can extend to renewal, including strategic advisoring, product adoption, performance reviews, and ticketing action plans.
Essentially, you will act as both an internal and external project manager, ensuring the growth and satisfaction of our organizers.
What you will doTo develop and nurture your portfolio, you'll work on a project-mode, based on the key milestones of the organizer's season.
It will include the following pillars:
Client OnboardingIdentify and understand new organizers' needs and challenges
Provide tailored product demonstrations to enable them to publish events and manage their community effectively
Ensure a smooth start and maximize their future usage and satisfaction
Familiarize them with internal processes (e.g., how to contact the support team, report a bug, etc.)
Develop and monitor action plans to address organizers' challenges such as community building, users retention, or monetization
Conduct regular meetings with organizers to report on relevant business KPIs, share updates on Shotgun, and provide results and actionable items to cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure proper product adoption
Offer strategic advice to enhance their business operations
Manage contract renewals
This role includes both internal and external project management:
Gather client needs and escalate them to the appropriate internal stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional operations with Marketing, Field Operations, and B2B Support teams
Collect client feedback on the product in a structured manner to inform the product roadmap
Have a proven client-facing experience in one or more of the following fields: Account Management, Customer Success, Sales
Have analytical skills
Have a proven track record of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
You are self-efficient, autonomous, and you don't mind getting your hands dirty
Have a Master's degree in business or any other related field
Experience in ticketing is a plus
You're based in Paris
