The role
Our France team is looking for a Network Development lead. In this role you will have a leading position to launch and develop Zeekr in the market. At Zeekr, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.

This is what you will do most of the time:

  • Develop and Execute Dealer Network Strategy Design and implement a comprehensive Dealer Network Plan that represents Zeekr in the country. This includes identifying key players by area of influence, initiating discussions, conducting facility visits, and managing the full process from partner search to store opening.
  • Partner Relationship Management Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners. Ensure their needs are understood and met to enable sales growth through the dealer network.
  • Act as Country–HQ Liaison Serve as the primary link between the local market and European Headquarters. Ensure compliance with network development standards and policies while driving rapid and robust network expansion.
  • Network Establishment and Performance Management Lead the creation of a new dealer network by designing and implementing operational processes aligned with company standards. Integrate performance dashboards and define KPIs to monitor, measure, and continuously improve network performance.
  • Sales and Market Objectives Set and achieve dealer-level sales targets, area-of-influence (AOI) market share goals, and customer experience objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and effective coordination with dealers.
  • Strategic Contribution Drive initiatives that contribute to Zeekr's long-term success in the country.

To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in Network management within the automotive industry.
  • Strong personal network in the country to ensure a fast start
  • Strong knowledge and experience in building and developing a Dealer
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field Advanced degrees or equivalent through working experience are a plus.
