  • Communicate with VIP clients and invite them to our events;

  • Send event invitations and gifting packages to VIP clients;

  • Handle issues with local delivery services related to gifts;

  • Communicate with local vendors and contractors;

  • Maintain and organize documentation in Excel.

We need your professional experience:
  • 1+ year of experience in client relations / account management / sales or brand activations (experience in VIP is a strong plus);

  • Proven experience in managing customer communication, preferably via phone and email in an international environment;

  • Experience in coordinating with agencies or third-party vendors will be considered an advantage;

  • Experience with Tableau and Intercom will be a plus;

  • Upper-intermediate  in English (written and spoken).
