Nous recherchons un.e Category Manager Boissons pour rejoindre notre équipe dans un rôle à temps plein, basé sur site en Île-de-France, France. Vous serez en charge de la gestion et du développement du portefeuille de la catégorie Boissons, en coordonnant les stratégies d'achat, de promotion, et de ventes. Vos responsabilités incluront la négociation avec les fournisseurs, la construction de partenariats stratégiques, l'analyse des données de marché, et la formulation de recommandations pour optimiser le positionnement des produits. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et logistiques afin de maximiser la performance de votre catégorie.
Qualifications
- Compétences en gestion de catégorie et stratégie : Expertise dans la gestion de catégories, capacités d'analyse stratégique, et expérience en négociation avec les fournisseurs.
- Connaissances en analyse de données : Aptitude à analyser les tendances du marché, prévoir les exigences des consommateurs, et interpréter les données de performance des ventes.
- Capacités de collaboration interfonctionnelle : Aptitude à travailler efficacement avec les départements internes, notamment le marketing et la logistique, pour aligner les stratégies.
- Connaissance du secteur : Expérience ou compréhension approfondie du marché des boissons sera considérée comme un atout important.
- Autres compétences : Une bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) ainsi que des systèmes de gestion de données contribuera à réussir pleinement dans ce poste.
