Context
An international organisation delivering evaluation services for institutional clients. Activities rely on formalised procedures, high standards of compliance, traceability and confidentiality, and the simultaneous management of multiple complex files within a strict contractual framework.
Your role
You are responsible for the smooth administrative and operational execution of evaluation activities.
The position requires strong structuring skills, a high level of reliability in execution, and ease in working within highly regulated environments.
This role is designed for continuity and long-term operational ownership.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
Manage several evaluation assignments in parallel, following established procedures
Apply detailed processes rigorously and ensure full traceability
Plan, monitor and control the execution of administrative tasks
Centralise, verify and consolidate large volumes of information
Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and actively follow up with stakeholders
Act as the main administrative point of contact for internal and external counterparts
Produce structured, accurate documentation in line with required standards
Contribute to budget follow-up, cost control and operational reporting
Use and maintain tracking tools, databases and dashboards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing procedures
Key challenges
Securing operations with strong contractual and reputational impact
Guaranteeing process compliance and consistency of deliverables
Maintaining reliability in a multi-project environment
Absorbing workload peaks without compromising quality
Ensuring operational continuity independent of individuals
Profile sought
Confirmed professional experience, minimum 5 years, in structured administrative or coordination roles
Experience in institutional, regulated or highly procedural environments
Proven ability to manage complex, repetitive and high-volume files
Comfortable working with detailed processes and limited room for improvisation
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines over time
Excellent command of professional English, written and spoken
Advanced proficiency with office tools, particularly Excel and tracking systems
