Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will lead the company's marketing strategies, including market planning, branding, and public relations, to enhance WELL's brand presence and market share. The role will also oversee market research, collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales initiatives, and ensure targeted customer engagement. The CMO will spearhead innovative campaigns and contribute to the company's growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in luxury wellness travel and medical tourism.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on social media marketing (Instagram and other META platforms) and digital engagement.
- Develop and implement campaigns to drive platform bookings, event attendance, and early revenue growth.
- Build WELL's brand presence and reputation across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market research to inform data-driven strategies and identify new opportunities in luxury wellness travel and medical tourism.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
- Oversee public relations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Innovate creative content that captures WELL's vision and resonates with sophisticated travelers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
social media marketing
, preferably in luxury travel, wellness, or medical tourism. - Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, brand development, and public relations.
- Experience in
launching campaigns that generate early-stage sales or platform engagement
. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and ability to align marketing activities with business development goals.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills to drive organizational growth.
- Background in luxury travel, wellness, or medical tourism is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
