At Amazon we are committed to being Earth's Best Employer and the Most Customer-Centric Company. To achieve this, we need exceptionally talented and empathetic leaders passionate about making every day better for all employees (Builders) and you would play a key role in that journey Our HR Partners care deeply about the employee experience, proactively listening to Builder sentiment, and serving as a connector between Builders, managers, and HRBPs.

You will also need to connect sentiment trends and other HR data to the bigger picture goals of the operation, while diving deep into the details, collaborating and consulting across teams.

A day in the life
