Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Customer Support, Associate one of our clients project based on Remote. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate calls, follow scripts, and communicate accurate information while meeting call quality standards.
  • Ability to process files with attention to detail, use multiple systems, interpret file data, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient keyboarding and PC skills with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience working in office environments with dual monitors and comfort handling extended hours when needed.
  • Familiarity with processing guidelines or administrative workflows.
