About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced
OT Cybersecurity Expert
for one of our top clients
, a major player in the industrial and critical-infrastructure sector. You will support their global OT security initiatives, working closely with engineering, operations, and IT security teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess OT environments and identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement security controls aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks
- Support segmentation, network hardening, and secure configuration baselines
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and incident response for OT systems
- Advise teams on best practices for securing industrial control systems
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to security strategy roadmaps
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders (remote collaboration)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in
OT/ICS cybersecurity - Strong knowledge of:
- PLCs, SCADA, DCS, IIoT, industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, Profibus, etc.)
- Network architecture & segmentation (firewalls, VLANs, DMZ)
- IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27000
- Experience within energy, manufacturing, utilities, or transportation sectors
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment & security tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and/or French
Nice-to-have
- Certifications such as GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP
- Experience with SOC integration for OT
- Knowledge of safety systems (SIS) and OT asset inventory tools
