In this role, you will constantly manage the right balance between harmonizing capabilities & processes, and solutions, and suggesting specific enhancements to support a business's differentiation in the market. Your day-to-day activities require a balance of business and IT strategic foresight, enabling operational execution through product owners, IT project managers, development, and delivery teams. This enables you to effectively manage diverse stakeholder expectations while delivering impactful technology solutions tailored to the dynamic healthcare landscape in EMEA. As a Product Manager in IT, you play a central role in defining what gets built, why, and in what order. You sit at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. Your influence stems from clarity of vision, effective prioritization, and strong communication.As a strategic capability advisor and facilitator, you frequently ensure that all initiatives are prioritized and supported by robust business cases, aligning with overall commercial objectives.
