Daisy centralise leur gestion, les paiements, la communication et la visibilité - avec des intégrations clés, pour devenir l'outil incontournable de tous les pros du secteur artistique Job Description About the roleYou're not coming "just to sell" — your role will be to become a trusted partner for our first clients and help us refine Daisy's Product-Market Fit. You'll work directly with Louise, Founder & CEO, at the heart of our commercial development.From day one, you'll manage the full sales cycle: identifying qualified prospects, running product demonstrations, closing deals, and supporting customers through onboarding. You'll bring a structured approach to lead generation while remaining agile enough to experiment with new growth channels and refine our go-to-market strategy based on what you learn in the field. Your missionsPhase 1 – Prospecting & Qualification (SDR/Growth focus)Identify and target the right ICP profiles through research, LinkedIn, Instagram, events, networks, and existing databases.Build and maintain a clean, qualified leads database in our CRM.Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media — with creativity and personalization.Test and optimize growth marketing approaches to generate high-quality leads.Phase 2 – Sales Execution & Customer Success (AE)Own the complete sales cycle: qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation.Provide valuable feedback on product improvements and sales processes.Preferred ExperienceYou have 2-3+ years of proven experience in prospecting, growth, or B2B sales.You're entrepreneurial and data-driven: autonomous, you test hypotheses, learn from results, and adapt your approach.You have excellent communication, active listening skills, and strong attention to detail.You're comfortable with ambiguity and can take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.You're interested in the creative leisure industry and B2B SaaS space.Why joining Daisy ?An ambitious, collaborative team that will challenge and support your growth.A mission with real impact: helping creative entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses around their passion.Strong growth potential within the companyRecruitment ProcessInitial conversation with Louise (CEO & Founder) to discuss expectations and mutual fit.In-depth interview exploring your background, sales philosophy, and motivation.Practical case study — realistic and concrete.Team meeting to assess cultural fit.Ready for the challenge?
