Job Description
Within the EMEA head office, you will be part of the CRM department, under the supervision of the Senior CRM Campaign Specialist and working in close relationship with Senior CRM Manager and Web Designer & HTML Integrator. You will work in close collaboration with the CRM team on a daily basis, as well as with other internal teams (Product Management, Web, Social Media, E-commerce, BI, Data...), our branches and external agencies.
You will especially work on the entire process to setup our newsletters campaigns, from brief to conception and will assist the CRM team in carrying out the following tasks, including but not limited to:
- Prioritize internal & external needs for communication
- Coordinate assets & briefs production with internal teams
- Create precise segmentation for audiences in a CRM tool
- Build emailing from scratch
- Implement automation scenarios and trigger emails campaigns
- Consolidate & communicate results in custom internal reports
- Build post-mortems and analyze campaigns results
This internship will allow you to acquire experience in customer relationship management within a fun, dynamic and international environment.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree, majoring in project management / digital marketing
- Initial experience in CRM would be a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good organizational skills and sense of priorities
- Ability to respect deadlines pertaining to various projects
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Willing to learn

: dependent on degree level (from 1,100€ up to 1,200€ per month)
