Notre client, une Insurtech en B2Bt2C en forte croissance, recherche, afin de renforcer ses équipes

Un Technical P&C Program Manager H/F

Rattaché à la Direction Générale, en qualité de collaborateur référent et stratégique, vous serez en charge du programme phare de la structure, projet qui entre en phase de run à compter de janvier.

Pour accompagner cette montée en puissance, vous avez la capacité d'évoluer dans un environnement multi-acteurs, au croisement des enjeux assurantiels, data, pilotage financier, relations institutionnelles et coordination technique.

Mission principale :

Assurer le pilotage opérationnel du Programme Phare de la structure, en représentant

la structure auprès du Client et de ses partenaires et des Assureurs.

Garantir la bonne exécution contractuelle, la solidité technique du portefeuille, la fluidité des échanges entre toutes les parties, et contribuer activement à la stratégie et au développement du programme.

Missions :

1. Pilotage de la relation du Programme Phare & coordination multi-acteurs


• Être l'interlocuteur opérationnel principal du Client sur le volet assurance du programme et coordonner l'ensemble des échanges.


• Préparer et animer les instances (QBR, comités techniques, comités de pilotage).


• Assurer une communication fluide et proactive dans un environnement complexe et international.

2. Gestion assurantielle & analyse technique


• Suivre la performance technique du portefeuille en lien avec le service Actuariat.


• Comprendre les enjeux de sinistralité, tarification, Combined Ratio, audit du compte de résultats.


• Préparer les analyses, alertes et recommandations stratégiques pour le Client.


• Anticiper les risques financiers ou opérationnels du programme.

3. Négociation & gestion contractuelle


• Participer aux négociations annuelles avec les assureurs : prix, garanties,

clauses, KPI, obligations contractuelles et défendre les intérêts du Client auprès des assureurs.


• Suivre les obligations contractuelles financières et opérationnelles (reporting, audits, SLA…).

4. Pilotage data & exploitation du Dashboard assurance


• Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des données transmises par les assureurs.


• Exploiter les données pour produire les analyses techniques et restitutions au Client.


• Participer à l'amélioration continue des métriques et des dashboards.

6. Développement & stratégie produit


• Contribuer à l'amélioration des garanties, packages, process et services.


• Identifier des opportunités d'évolution du programme au bénéfice des assurés.
