Contexte
Achat de prestations logistiques sur un périmètre mondial pour l'ensemble des Divisions

Tâches à réaliser
Participation aux réunions avec les prescripteurs, clients internes (filiales périmètre Monde) pour définir et valider les besoins d'achat,

  • Lancement des RFI, traitement, analyses et restitution,
  • Préparation des Appels d'Offres en lien avec les prescripteurs,
  • Lancement des Appels d'Offres via la plateforme de sourcing,
  • Préparation des réunions de soutenance avec les fournisseurs,
  • Participation à la négociation des conditions financières et contractuelles avec les fournisseurs,
  • Préparation des supports pour les instances de décision,
  • Préparation des documents contractuels,
  • Préparation des revues stratégiques.
