Join our team as a French-speaking Customer Delight Representative and play a key role in delivering outstanding support to our French-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently via email and phone, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client.
Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
Relocation package available for applicants outside Portugal
Work type: On-site
This offer includes:
- Relocation support for international candidates

What We're Looking For: - Fluent French (C2) & Strong English (B2)
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail & ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- EU Citizenship
