Te feladatod lesz:

  • A Decathlon iránti bizalomnak, a cég jó hírének erősítése a pozitív ügyfélélmény által
  • Vásárlók, érdeklődők tájékoztatása termékeinkről, szolgáltatásainkról, rendezvényeinkről
  • Online rendelésekkel kapcsolatban segítségnyújtás, információ
  • Emailek, telefonok megválaszolása, chat felületünk kezelése
  • Izgalmas és változatos háttérfeladatok - visszatérítések, problémák bogozása
  • Beérkező jelzések, üzenetek továbbítása cégen belül az igazi címzettnek
  • Együttműködés áruházakkal, logisztikai és központi csapatokkal

  • Fontos számodra a sport
  • Vásárlóközpontú hozzáállás jellemez
  • Szívesen kommunikálsz
  • Türelmes és jó hallgatóság vagy, megértően állsz másokhoz
  • Kezdeményező vagy, a problémákra megoldást keresel
  • Írásban és szóban sem okoz nehézséget az udvarias és helyes fogalmazás
  • Angolul társalsági szinten beszélsz
  • Gyorsan elsajátítod az eddig ismeretlen információkat, folyamatokat és rendszerek használatát
  • Precízen dokumentálsz
  • Fontos számodra a csapatod, akik számíthatnak Rád
  • Szívesen dolgoznál 30 vagy 40 órában Budaörsön és home officeban
