Fondée en 1743, Moët & Chandon est la Maison qui a partagé l'esprit singulier du champagne avec le monde. Basée à Epernay, la Maison rassemble les marques Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon et Mercier, et fait partie de Moët Hennessy, entité de LVMH – Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.

Intégré(e) au département Marketing & Communication international, le/la stagiaire reporte à la Responsable CRM et participera à l'accélération du CRM pour les Maisons Dom Pérignon et Moët & Chandon, en étroite collaboration avec les marchés clés (US, UK, France, Japon, Italie, …).

Animation E-CRM:

Participer à la définition du calendrier de communication CRM annuel

Produire le contenu des newsletters (visuels & textes), en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes, et assurer la livraison aux marchés

Assurer la gestion des campagnes de newsletter de A à Z, en utilisant l'outil Salesforce Marketing Cloud : construction des newsletters, test, ciblage et programmation des envois

Participer à la définition et l'implémentation de nouvelles consumer journeys (welcome, birthday, retention)

Participer aux lancements clefs des Maisons et à l'élaboration des plans CRM liés

Coordination des marchés :

Consolider les plans de communication CRM des marchés (calls mensuels avec les marchés clés) et valider les newsletters développées par les marchés

Collaborer avec les équipes locales pour les aider à implémenter leur plan d'action CRM, à la fois en termes d'animation mais aussi d'acquisition

Répondre aux demandes ad hoc des marchés type création de formulaire de data collect.

Performance et benchmark :

Monitorer les performances des campagnes CRM : consolidation des performances de tous les marchés, analyse des KPIs et proposition d'optimisations

Conduire des AB-tests pour améliorer les KPIs des futures campagnes

Réaliser un benchmark ponctuel sur les best practices CRM et les innovations CRM

PROFIL

  • Actuellement en Master (école de commerce ou équivalent), vous cherchez un stage de césure ou de fin d'études

  • Vous faites preuve d'un excellent relationnel et de bonnes capacités organisationnelles. Autonome et proactif, vous savez coordonner différents interlocuteurs dans un environnement multiculturel

  • Vous parlez couramment Anglais

  • Idéalement, vous avez une 1ère expérience de 6 mois en digital et plus particulièrement en CRM

  • Le plus : une première expérience avec Salesforce Marketing Cloud
