LA STANDARD ECOM, C'EST QUOI ET C'EST QUI ?

La Standard Ecom est une jeune agence qui accompagne plus d'une trentaine de marques e-commerce comme The Bradery, JIMMY FAIRLY, Delsey dans le développement de leurs stratégies CRM. Cela passe par la mise en place d'automatisations emailing, la gestion de newsletters, la création de campagnes WhatsApp, etc.

Au total, au sein de la Standard Ecom, nous sommes une dizaine de personnes partageant les mêmes valeurs et les mêmes ambitions. Nous évoluons toutes et tous dans une organisation en full remote. Tu es libre de travailler d'où tu le souhaites et de t'organiser à ta manière, tant que le travail est fait.

Pour renforcer nos équipes et accompagner la croissance de l'entreprise, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) CRM Manager.

Vos missions

Sous la responsabilité de notre Head of Operations, tes missions seront de :

  • Créer des stratégies CRM sur les comptes Klaviyo de tes clients sous gestion.
  • Créer des calendriers éditoriaux.
  • Rédiger des briefs écrits pour guider nos designers et copywriters dans la création des emails.
  • Entretenir la relation client (reporting, appels récurrents, réponse aux questions des clients).
  • Suivre les KPI et analyser les performances des campagnes CRM pour en tirer des enseignements et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
  • Être force de proposition pour de nouvelles initiatives qui renforceront la relation client.
Vos compétences

LES SKILLS QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :

  • Tu as minimum 2 ans d'expérience en CRM ou e-commerce.
  • En plus d'avoir un esprit de synthèse et d'analyse, tu as un vif intérêt pour le relationnel client.
  • Tu es rigoureux(se), curieux(se), proactif(ve) et humble.
  • Tu as du peps et n'as pas peur de sortir des sentiers battus.
  • Tu es impliqué(e), volontaire et ultra motivé(e).
