Notre client, groupe international leader dans le secteur des biens de consommations et présent dans plus de 190 pays, recrute dans le cadre de son évolution un/une :

ACCOUNTING MANAGER H/F

En tant que Responsable comptable, vous assurez le suivi comptable et fiscal de l'ensemble des sociétés du périmètre France. Vous intervenez conjointement avec les centres de services partagés ainsi que différents prestataires/partenaires externes. Vous participez également aux différents projets de la Finance et à l'exercice des contrôles SOX.

Principales missions

  • Management, coaching et développement d'une équipe de 4 personnes ;
  • Fiabilisation des informations comptables et du reporting financier ;
  • Réalisation du reporting Groupe selon les normes IFRS avec le support des centres de services partagés ;
  • Validation des liasses fiscales et des Annexes ;
  • Contrôle de la production des différentes déclarations fiscales et des tableaux de contrôle liés à ces déclarations ;
  • Suivi des audits des comptes avec le commissaire aux comptes ;
  • Suivi et sécurisation du processus de préparation des documents rétrospectifs et prévisionnels (production et commentaires) et en charge du bon déroulé des Conseils de Surveillance des différentes sociétés ;
  • Suivi du test de dépréciation annuel pour la France (impairment test) ;
  • Suivi des contrôle SOX RTR et P2P ;
  • Travail en collaboration avec les différents Centres de Services Partagés ;
  • Suivi du forecast et de l'explication de la variation mensuelle du Cash-flow ;
  • Relais de la direction en France et au niveau global sur les sociétés françaises ;
  • Participation active au déploiement des projets finance initiés par la France ainsi que par l'Europe/Global (Implémentation de nouveaux systèmes, Intégration de nouveaux business suite à l'acquisition de nouvelles marques, traitement des cessions de marques, …).

Profil

De formation supérieure en finance/comptabilité (Ecole de commerce/DSCG), vous possédez une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans le domaine de la comptabilité, acquise idéalement en cabinet d'expertise comptable et/ou au sein d'un groupe d'envergure internationale. Vous êtes agile, à même d'accompagner la gestion du changement et les projets finance complexes. Vous faites preuve de qualités managériales avérées et de très bonnes aptitudes de communication. Un niveau d'anglais courant à l'oral comme à l'écrit est nécessaire dans le cadre des échanges avec le groupe.
