ASIC Technical Project Manager

Mission principale :
Vous pilotez la migration de notre tracker du FPGA vers un ASIC dédié, en coordonnant l'ensemble des prestataires impliqués dans le développement (design, vérification, backend, fonderie, test). Votre objectif : garantir l'avancée du projet dans les délais, la qualité et le budget, pour permettre à Wheere d'industrialiser sa technologie et devenir intégrateur de sa propre solution.
Vos responsabilités :
Pilotage & coordination
Construire et suivre le planning global du projet (spécifications → RTL → vérification → backend → tape-out → production).
Coordonner les partenaires externes : bureaux d'études ASIC, fournisseurs IP, fonderie, partenaires industriels.
Assurer le reporting régulier auprès de la direction et des partenaires.
Identifier et gérer les risques projet, proposer les plans d'action correctifs.
Supervision technique
Comprendre les enjeux techniques pour valider les jalons clés et challenger les prestataires sur leurs livrables.
Garantir la cohérence technique des choix réalisés et la bonne intégration entre les différents intervenants.
Suivre les aspects qualité, consommation, performance et industrialisation du SoC.
Interface & communication
Être le point de contact principal entre Wheere et les différents acteurs techniques du projet.
Faciliter la communication entre les équipes internes (produit, hardware, software) et les partenaires externes.
Contribuer aux décisions stratégiques sur les choix technologiques (noeud de gravure, packaging, test, production).
