Mission

Acquire, grow, and retain a portfolio of 25–40 farm accounts in your region. Deliver on-time, high-quality pollination services that generate measurable yield lift and strong client satisfaction, while maintaining operational and financial discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with farm owners, managers, head agronomists, and spray program leads.
  • Make go/no-go calls by the second meeting based on timing, access, and budget.
  • Rapidly test budget authority and secure pilot purchase orders or deposits.
  • Map decision structures (who approves hive counts, access, payments).
  • Apply consultative selling to reformulate needs and confirm understanding.
  • Listen actively to understand farmer challenges and operational pain points.
  • Reformulate and align stakeholder priorities to accelerate deal closing.
  • Multi-thread across farm stakeholders: Owner, Operations, Agronomy, Procurement, Accounting, and Safety.
  • Convert interest into a dated pilot plan with clear success criteria and sign-off.
  • Build per-block ROI analyses: yield lift, grade and size improvement, reduced re-pollination risk.
  • Link hive density to $/ha and expected MT/ha, showing payback within one season.
  • Know varietals, bloom windows, and pollination needs (self-fertile vs cross-pollinated).
  • Understand farm logistics: labor, irrigation, pesticide calendars, tractor traffic, thresholds.
  • Connect socially and professionally with farmers, foremen, and field staff.
  • Quote accurately by block, acre, or hive, with clear SLAs.
  • Protect route density and gross margin — factoring in access time, fuel, and contingencies.
  • Maintain ≥80% forecast accuracy for the season.
  • Provide weekly updates during bloom with factual reports and timestamps.
  • Log every step in CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) — next step + date in every opportunity.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of field sales experience in agriculture (pollination, inputs, irrigation, crop protection, or services).
  • Proven ability to manage 20–40 farm accounts with seasonal delivery.
  • Experience taking pilots to full-season contracts with measurable yield or quality gains.
  • Hands-on with maps, GIS tools, Excel/Sheets ROI models, and CRM (HubSpot/SFDC).
  • Familiar with pesticide calendars, farm safety, and bloom logistics.
  • Bonus: experience in pollination-dependent crops (almonds, berries, melons, citrus).
  • Bilingual or local language proficiency strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per month
