Job Summary
As an Account Manager based in France, you'll own and grow a portfolio of European customers, working closely with Growth, Product, and US-based teams to drive renewals and account expansion. You'll operate autonomously in a remote-first environment, acting as a trusted partner to clients while managing post-sales strategy, performance, and long-term value. This is a high-impact GTM role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, combines commercial judgment with strong relationship management, and is excited to help scale our client's European presence from the ground up.
In this role, you will:
Support Account Leads by managing day-to-day post-sales activities across European customer accountsOwn post-sales relationships, driving renewals, upsell, and account expansion across European customersAct as the primary point of contact for clients, managing strategy, performance, and long-term valueOperate autonomously in a remote-first setup while collaborating closely with US-based Growth and Product teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in a digital or tech environmentNative or fluent French with strong English proficiencyExperience managing client relationships, reporting on performance, and supporting renewals or expansionsStrong communication and organizational skills with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setupComfort working with data, platforms, and cross-functional teams across time zones
