To drive sustainable, long-term profitability of client accounts by strengthening strategic relationships and delivering measurable business growth. Working closely with the Director of Partnerships, you will define and implement strategies that unlock new opportunities within the client organization and, where applicable, its group companies, aligning all actions with key business objectives.

Please note that this is a hybrid position (2 days a week in Paris office)
Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue business development opportunities within the client organization, offering the complete range of Webloyalty marketing solutions and products.
  • Represent Webloyalty in the day-to-day identification and delivery of commercial development opportunities that positively influence key business indicators.
  • Ensure the execution of agreed strategies and initiatives with the client, as well as the achievement of targeted financial objectives.
  • Support senior management in delivering strategic development and retention initiatives.
  • Present the company's proposition to clients in a consultative and persuasive manner to facilitate the successful execution of commercial opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely client reports, reviews, and performance materials.
  • Act as a trusted advocate for the client's interests within the organization, providing compelling evidence, justification, and support to drive business performance.
  • Define commercial objectives with client group companies to enhance the value of the partnership.
  • Assist the Partnerships team in achieving their objectives and provide secondary support to colleagues when required.
  • Review, audit, update, and adhere to departmental procedures on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by your manager.
  • Stay informed about market trends, share client insights, and represent Webloyalty at relevant industry forums and networking events.
  • Monitor developments within the client's organization and its group companies to maintain alignment.
  • Proactively broaden and strengthen points of contact within client organizations to build and solidify relationships.

Qualifications
Business Acumen:

  • Analyse threats and opportunities for Webloyalty.
  • Develop forward-thinking strategies based on a range of factors such as people, service, and equipment.
  • Take calculated commercial risks and makes optimal decisions on critical matters for Webloyalty.
  • Question and evaluates all aspects of unfamiliar business issues.
  • Switch easily between high-level analysis and detailed review.
  • Make effective use of analytical models.

Campaign Management:

  • Launch new client campaigns across multiple digital media platforms, including desktop, mobile, and applications, in collaboration with Ad Ops.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute A/B tests for campaign optimization.
  • Utilize AWS QuickSight for campaign reporting and insights.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Implement strategies and tactics to enhance campaign results and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously track, evaluate, and communicate campaign effectiveness to internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Focus:

  • Conduct research and networking across the industry to stay informed of key developments.
  • Identify opportunities for new initiatives.
  • Act as a champion for long-term client and customer needs, driving exceptional service standards.
  • Investigate and address negative client or customer feedback thoroughly.
  • Objectively evaluates current service quality and constructively shares improvement ideas.
  • Benchmark service levels externally and identify untapped opportunities for Webloyalty

Relationship Management

  • Invest time in building a broad network of internal and external relationships.
  • Use a variety of styles to influence others effectively.
  • Create win-win outcomes when addressing controversial proposals.
  • Demonstrate confidence and credibility when presenting to key clients.
  • Engage with the right stakeholders to promote and sell key proposals.
  • Explore others' objections in depth to understand underlying concerns.
  • Ask open-ended questions and probes beyond initial responses.
  • Consider the potential impact on others before making suggestions.

Knowledge And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital media platforms.
  • Familiar with various digital advertising formats, particularly display advertising (standard banners and rich media).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Minimum education level of BAC+4 (equivalent to a bachelor's degree plus one year of postgraduate studies).
  • At least 4 years of account management experience in online advertising.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English for professional purposes.
