As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in our growth by engaging potential clients across exciting manufacturing industries (space, energy, medical…). You'll collaborate closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to create new opportunities and contribute to our success. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your sales skills, this is a great opportunity to grow with us

What You'll Do

  • Drive Outbound Prospecting & Engagement – Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through personalized outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.), with a strong focus on outbound initiatives.

  • Find Solutions & Build Interest – Develop creative ways to connect with decision-makers (C-levels and Head of departments), understand their needs, and secure meetings.

  • Qualify & Nurture – Assess inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they align with the businesses we can best help.

  • Collaborate & Grow – Work closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to design and run targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Engage & Represent – Participate in industry events, trade shows, and workshops to connect with prospects and expand our network.

  • Stay Organized & Share Insights – Keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate information and share feedback to refine our approach.
