We are looking for a motivated and versatile intern to join our team and work alongside with the Expansion & Operations Manager in launching new facilities in France and Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in project management – from sourcing to execution – while navigating the complexities of evaluating strategic business opportunities in a fast paced environment.

Ideal candidates are end-of-studies students from top engineering or business schools, with strong entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills and fluency in English and French (Spanish is a plus).

Responsibility

1 - Expansion and Business Development :

  • Master long and complex project cycles : Assist in the entire launch process, including site selection, negotiation, setup and project management from start to end. You will be guaranteed to witness at least one launch project throughout your experience.

  • Learn the value of tidy execution : Help identify bottlenecks in the launch process and propose actionable solutions to accelerate the launch timelines.

    2 - Operations Optimization :

  • Launch initiatives via trial and error : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, implementing best practices and innovative solutions within our centers. As we are launching a new concept, your ideas will directly impact operations.

  • Market Research : Benchmark key operational business tools and practices to enhance the center's efficiency and ultimately the profitability.

  • Reporting : Develop weekly reports and implement key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.

    3 - Strategy :

  • Analysis to support key decision making process

  • Coordination of key cross-functional projects: partnerships, product adaptations

  • Preparation of investor and stakeholder updates and business reporting documents
