Nous recrutons un(e) stagiaire Operations Specialist pour notre équipe Intégration, dans un cadre valorisant l'autonomie et la prise d'initiative.

En tant que véritable chef(fe) de projet gérant un portefeuille clients, tu suivras chaque étape depuis le premier contact jusqu'à l'implémentation complète de notre solution. Tu piloteras des projets concrets à cycle court avec des résultats rapidement visibles.

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer simultanément 30 à 80 projets clients sur les marchés francophones.

  • Superviser les installations à distance (serveurs locaux ou cloud), orchestrer les étapes, accompagner les clients et garantir une mise en service réussie.

  • Orchestrer les actions internes et externes : mobiliser les ressources, effectuer les relances clients, résoudre les blocages.

  • Respecter les échéances et atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs : assurer l'installation de 100% des solutions commercialisées.

  • Face aux difficultés, systématiquement proposer deux alternatives :

    • une solution immédiate, même provisoire

    • une solution pérenne, même ambitieuse

  • Participer à l'optimisation des processus (guides, outils, documentation interne et client).

  • S'impliquer dans les rituels d'équipe : points quotidiens, analyses hebdomadaires des KPI, revue mensuelle des OKR.


Cette opportunité offre une expérience enrichissante en gestion de projet à volume élevé, dans un contexte où les cycles sont courts et les impacts rapidement mesurables.


Tristan, Head Of Operations, t'accompagnera dans cet environnement international, avec des interactions quotidiennes en anglais et une clientèle européenne et internationale.
Il te permettra de développer des compétences solides en pilotage opérationnel, coordination multi-acteurs, relation client et support technique.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Passion pour la coordination, l'organisation, le suivi et l'atteinte d'objectifs, avec un intérêt marqué pour le Project Management

  • Autonomie et fort sens des responsabilités, tout en maintenant un esprit critique et constructif

  • Excellentes aptitudes communicationnelles : capacité à guider, rassurer et convaincre une clientèle non technique

  • Esprit entrepreneurial et créativité dans la résolution de problèmes

  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais

Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Grafana, Aircall, WhatsApp, Typeform, terminal, outils internes, ChatGPT.

  • Rémunération : 1 000 € / mois + TR + Remboursement 50% de transport
