Procurement Manager Secteur Défense

Opera International recrute, pour son client industriel de la défense, des profils expérimentés et dirigeants spécialisés dans le procurement. Vous serez au cœur des projets critiques, apportant votre expertise stratégique pour relever des défis d'envergure internationale.
Mission :
- Développer et piloter les stratégies d'achat pour des programmes complexes (équipements critiques, projets internationaux, etc.).
- Gérer les relations avec des fournisseurs stratégiques dans des environnements exigeants.
- Optimiser les processus d'approvisionnement pour aligner performance et confidentialité.
- Contribuer à la gestion de projets critiques liés à la souveraineté nationale et à la sécurité internationale.
Formation :
- Bac+4/5 en gestion, commerce ou domaine équivalent.
- Issu(e) du secteur de la défense : Expertise avérée en achats stratégiques, connaissance approfondie des exigences de confidentialité et des normes réglementaires.
- Provenance d'autres secteurs : Expérience solide dans des fonctions de procurement dans l'industrie, l'aéronautique, l'énergie ou les technologies. Votre appétence pour le secteur de la défense sera valorisée.
- Une expérience dans un environnement international est un plus.
- Rigueur.
- Vision stratégique et capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes.
- Compétences avancées en gestion des fournisseurs et en négociation.
- Intérêt marqué pour des projets à forte valeur ajoutée dans un secteur stratégique.
- Excellentes capacités de communication.
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion des achats et de négociation.
- Connaissance des normes et réglementations spécifiques au secteur de la défense.
- Capacité à analyser des données et à en tirer des recommandations.
- Anglais courant indispensable.
