Ils ont inventé leur propre techno graph-based qui offre un contrôle total, une transparence et des performances déjà mesurées chez leurs clients.

Dans un contexte de déploiements stratégiques, ils cherchent leur Head ofEngineering pour structurer, prioriser et accélérer leur roadmap.

Ta mission

Définir et piloter la vision produit avec le CEO et le Head of Product

Structurer l'équipe tech (discovery, delivery, KPI) dans un contexte d'hyper-croissance

Produire un code de qualité et scalable

Travailler sur des problématiques deeptech complexes

Profil recherché

8+ ans d'expérience, dont au moins 3 ans en management

Familier dans un environnement startup/scale-up B2B SaaS

Expérience solide dans un environnement ayant scalé / hyperscalé

Capacité à allier vision stratégique et exécution opérationnelle

Leadership inspirant, sens du business et culture UX
