Missions

Rattaché au COO, vos missions principales sont:

Stratégie & Pilotage


• Définir et déployer la stratégie globale de communication et marketing des agences de Biggie Group


• Coordination et soutien des entités à l'international sur ces sujets


• Élaborer le plan de marketing & communication annuel en cohérence avec les objectifs business avec notre Senior Communication Manager


• Piloter les budgets et l'allocation des ressources

Branding & Notoriété


• Renforcer la notoriété et l'image de marque des agences du groupe


• Développer les outils de communication (présentations, contenu institutionnel, etc.) avec notre Senior Communication Manager


• Superviser les relations presse, partenariats et réseaux professionnels avec notre Senior Communication Manager

Marketing & Développement


• Définir et piloter la stratégie d'acquisition clients et de génération de leads


• Identifier et créer de nouvelles opportunités de développement (offres, partenariats, innovations)


• Suivre et analyser la performance des actions marketing (reporting, KPIs, ROI)

Management d'équipe


• Encadrer et animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (Senior Communication Manager, Brand Designer, Cheffes de projet marketing & communication)


• Manager les prestataires et agences externes (relations presse, production, influenceurs, etc.)


• Encourager la montée en compétence et la cohésion de l'équipe

Profil recherché


• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience significative en marketing (agence, régie ou annonceur).


• Hardskills : Pack office (excel, PPT), Salesforce/Hubspot, réseaux sociaux, CMS, analytics


• Très bonnes capacité rédactionnelles et aisance à l'oral.


• Maitrise de l'anglais indispensable.


• Capacités éprouvées à travailler en mode projet, avec une grande variété de profils.


• Autonome et force de proposition


• Organisé.e et capacité à prioriser


• Orienté.e objectifs et résultats, à l'aise avec les données
